• Not ship prohibited or restricted items

You must not ship items restricted by DHL or international law, including:

• Dangerous goods
• Illegal items
• Hazardous materials

• LetzShip acts as an intermediary using DHL services
• Liability for loss or damage is subject to DHL terms and conditions
• We are not responsible for delays caused by customs or external factors

• Optional insurance may be available upon request
• Declared value must be accurate

Delivery times are estimates only. Delays may occur due to customs or operational issues.

• Orders may be cancelled before shipment processing
• Once shipped, cancellations are not possible

• LetzShip shall not be liable for indirect or consequential damages
• Delays beyond our control
• Losses due to incorrect information provided by the customer
